.....Hello friends.....

.........not much to post on today.........just a shop front that Mr Pixie and I found on one of our strolls........its not a brilliant picture as it was taken with Rs phone......but i think you can just about make out all the amazing crochet and knitting on the front of the shop.......lots of big flowers and happy looking sea creatures.............i was so inspired by it.....................the words in the middle are knitted and stuffed and it reads............ 'love is a flower you've got to let it grow'................

.....just wish i had my camera with me..............it was incredibly colourful........

    I just love this! it's the sort of thing that would fit in here, in this town LOL
    Thank heavens the town council weren't so stuffy as to object to the decoration of this shop, it looks so cheerful.

    That's just fabulous! I read this twice to see if you really meant these are crocheted and knitted items. You really have it going on over there! I'm assuming it's a yarn store.... but maybe not... wouldn't it be lovely if everything was decorated like that? I see you have a link to Mary's blog Art Spirit. She was posting shots awhile back of knitted pieces wrapped around trees and poles about town. I think this has been happening lots of place, though I haven't seen anything like it here. So glad you shared this, Pixie!

    Oh I love that!! The work that must have gone into making all the flowers is amazing. Must make the street look very colourful :-)
