  3. I am feeling just the same along the coast from you Pixie. Have sat watching a lovely sunset from the De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill but feel totally unable to do anything useful - have managed 6 rows of knitting this evening! My youngest son is going to see War Horse on stage with his school in March - It would be beyond me to bear to watch it. Hope your slump doesn't last for long but perhaps your creativity needs a little winter rest. Karen X

  4. I'm in a total slump myself and I keep wondering what is wrong. Maybe we just need to recharge, or we're putting our energies into other things. Maybe a nap...a long winter's nap...or a road trip....or a spa vacation...just saying!
Hope your winter blahs wear off soon!!
    Hugs,
    Courtney

  5. Hi Pixie,
Sometimes I feel like that too. Actually me and Hubby are fighting the slumps right now. We decided for a little weekend break at The New Forest as we found a place that had an incredible offer. Just to do something and try to get a boost.
    Lots of hugs,
    xx

  6. Take heart Pixie... I think January does this to people sometimes.. I was just grumbling about the light here in Kent.. it's so dull, grey and cold looking.. as if the day is already about to turn in for the night, and it's only 3pm!!!

Sometimes when I get like this, I stop working on creative things, and push myself to do other things which I neglect, such as reading or doing something that interests me.

I hope your slump, slumps off very soon I really do. And as for War Horse.. I can't even cope with the trailer. I just know that it would have me crying and I cannot deal with animal cruelty at all.. but.. I'm sure it's beautiful to watch. :) I'm such a weed!!!! xxx hugs.. Michelle xxx
